You have 60 days after purchasing your new, used or refurbished laptop to get an Upsie warranty. Post-purchase, activate your Macos.pk warranty by uploading a picture or copy of your laptops receipt in your Upsie account.
Macos.pk coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Macos.pk warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Macos.pk takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection.
Make a call or fill out an online form 24/7/365 to start your claim. A real person will walk you through your claim and let you know on your first call if it is covered. On rare occasions we will ask for a picture of your laptop for verification. After your claim is approved, our representatives will schedule an appointment with a local repair center, or send you a label and supplies so you can ship your laptop into our certified repair center.
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the device. For example, if you have a laptop with a purchase value of $999.99, and the repair costs are $249.99, then you would have $750.00 remaining in claims.
You can take you laptop to Our Services center or let us handle it all. First, we will ship a box to you to pack your laptop in. Then we will pay for round-trip shipping to and from our certified repair center. It will be diagnosed, repaired, and then sent back to you in working order!

Yes, we cover all models of laptops as long as there is at least a 90-day manufacturer's warranty or a 30-day seller's warranty on it (the vast majority do). Upsie is not able to protect international models as the companies often do not ship replacement parts to the United States.
As long as the open-box item is still under its original manufacturer's warranty, and it was bought from a store, then yes, we will cover your item.
Yes, you can cancel your warranty, often for a full or partial refund.
When you cancel your plan within 30 days of plan purchase and have not made an approved claim, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your plan after 30 days of warranty purchase and have not made a claim, you will receive a prorated refund based on how many days remain on your warranty term minus a 10% cancellation fee calculated from the prorated amount.
Refunds are not available on any warranty plan with an approved claim.
