1) Scope & Acceptance

By using our website, contacting us, booking a repair, or purchasing parts/software, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2) Services We Provide

• Repairs: MacBook screen, keyboard, battery, logic board, FlexGate/DustGate, software troubleshooting.
• Parts & Accessories: Apple/Mac-compatible parts and professional accessories.
• Software Setup: Installation/configuration of customer-owned, licensed apps (e.g., Adobe, MS Office, Final Cut). We do not provide or install unlicensed software.
  

3) Quotes, Pricing & Payments

• Quotes are based on the issue/model and may change after full diagnosis.
• Prices are in PKR and may exclude courier/handling unless stated.
• Payments: cash, bank transfer, or approved gateways. Orders may be processed after payment confirmation.

4) Diagnosis & Approvals

• Initial checks/diagnosis identify likely faults; hidden damage may appear later (e.g., corrosion).
• We proceed only after your approval (message/WhatsApp/email). Unapproved devices/parts are returned as-is.

5) Parts Policy

• We supply new or OEM-standard quality parts. Where refurbished/original pulls are used (on request/availability), we’ll inform you.
• Installed parts become part of the device; removed faulty parts may be retained for testing/claim purposes.

6) Warranty

• Repairs/parts typically carry a [X–Y months] limited warranty against material/workmanship defects from delivery date.
• Exclusions: physical damage, liquid damage, burn/overheat due to misuse, third-party tampering, power surge, software issues, OS updates, normal wear/consumables.
• Diagnosis/repair for issues unrelated to the original job is chargeable.
• Batteries have cycle/age limits; warranty covers manufacturing defects only (swelling due to misuse/heat often excluded).
• FlexGate/DustGate: warranty as stated on invoice (e.g., “up to 6 months”).

7) Software & Data

• Backup: Please back up your data before service. We are not liable for data loss.
• Licensing: We only install software you legally own. License keys/IDs are your responsibility.
• Optimization/Clean install: May remove apps/settings; we’ll take approval if data wipe is needed.

8) Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

• City pickup/delivery and nationwide couriers available.
• Risk in transit: we pack carefully; once handed to courier, risk may pass to customer (check courier T&Cs/insurance).
• Inspect items at delivery; report transit damage within 24–48 hours.

9) Turnaround Times

• ETAs are estimates; parts availability or hidden faults can extend timelines. We’ll keep you updated.

10) Returns & Refunds (Parts)

• Unused, unopened parts may be returned within [7–10] days with original packaging/invoice (inspection required).
• Installed/used electronic parts are not returnable, except DOA (dead-on-arrival) within [48–72 hours], subject to testing.
• Refunds are processed to the original method within [5–10] working days after approval.

11) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate device details, passwords (if needed for testing), and clear fault description.
• Do not send accessories unless requested. Remove SIM/SD and personal items.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (data loss, downtime, business loss). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service/part. 

13) Unclaimed Devices / Abandoned Orders

Devices/parts not collected or arranged for delivery within [30–60] days of completion notice may incur storage fees. We may dispose of or recycle unclaimed items per policy.

14) Fraud & Security

Suspicious orders may be held or cancelled. We may request ID/ownership proof before service.

15) Website Use

• Content is for information only; specs/prices may change without notice.
• Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, attacks). We may block abusive traffic.

16) Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, photos, and text belong to macOS.pk or licensors. You may not reproduce without permission.

18) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. The “Effective date” indicates the latest version. Continued use means you accept changes.

19) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

21) iCloud & Unlocking Disclaimer

We do not provide any iCloud bypass, EFI password removal, or unauthorized unlocking services. macOS.pk only offers genuine MacBook repairs, parts replacement, and software support. Any request for iCloud bypass or stolen device unlocking will be refused immediately.
